PSLQ centrifuge is a flat clean, intermittently operated filtering equipment. The material is added to the drum through the feed pipe on the closed casing. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the liquid phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged from the machine, and the solid phase is trapped in the drum. After stopping, open the cover and unload from the top. This machine can flip the casing (including the cover) over 90° as a whole by manual or electric means, so that the entire drum component is exposed, which is convenient for unloading, cleaning, and replacing the filter medium. The stainless steel parts of the machine are polished, the structure has no dead angle, is easy to clean, and can effectively avoid the accumulation of residues. In addition, since the centrifuge drum is directly mounted on the motor shaft, there is no clutch, V-belt, or mechanical brake component, which is particularly suitable for flammable, explosive, and toxic occasions.
The shell design can be designed according to customer requirements, using a hand-cranked or hydraulic cylinder full flip cover, and the internal structure has no dead angle and is easy to clean.
