Main features
After each discharge, the filter bag of the centrifuge is in a regenerated state, with good filtering effect and high efficiency, and effectively avoiding the influence of the residual filter cake layer on the material filtering performance. When discharging, the scraper on the flip cover is used for pre-scraping. After scraping, the residual filter cake layer around the drum is about 15mm, and the upper end of the filter bag in the drum is fixed on the liquid blocking plate, and the lower end is fixed on the lifting frame in the drum. The pneumatic lifting shaft in the middle of the main shaft can drive the lifting frame to reciprocate up and down, and pull the lower end of the filter bag in the drum to reciprocate up and down. When the lifting frame is pulled to the bottom, the filter bag is pulled into a cone, and the residual filter cake layer around the drum is circularly cut and crushed. The residual filter cake slides down along the filter bag and is discharged from the discharge port of the machine base. The discharge is thorough and clean.
The transition of the whole machine structure is smooth and flat, which effectively eliminates the sanitary dead corners; the flap adopts a butterfly-shaped large flap structure with good rigidity and strength; the whole machine has few sealing points and high airtightness; the feeding adopts an independent inclined plate feeding method, the feeding speed is adjustable, the feeding speed is asynchronous with the drum speed, and the specially designed feeding plate guide ribs make the feeding faster and more uniform, especially for the filtration of crystals with good dehydration performance and large particle size, which can eliminate the vibration caused by uneven feeding.
The platform-type four-point support vibration reduction system adopts liquid damping shock absorber and large inertia balance plate, which has excellent vibration reduction effect.
Working principle
The centrifuge adopts PLC program control, frequency conversion speed regulation, and resistance energy consumption braking. The control method adopts fully automatic control or semi-automatic manual control. The feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, unloading, bag pulling, online cleaning (depending on the working conditions), nitrogen filling protection and other processes during the operation of the centrifuge can be operated according to the program set in advance according to customer requirements.
This centrifuge is not only suitable for solid-liquid separation of general media, but also for solid-liquid separation of media with poor fluidity and poor fabric performance. It has good adaptability to materials and is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.
The bag-pulling centrifuge combines the filter cake removal function of the hanging bag centrifuge (no filter cake residue) and the closed operation and full automation of the fully automatic centrifuge. It is a new type of centrifuge.
