Working Principle
The main machine is started by the frequency converter and motor control. When the drum accelerates to the normal working speed, the liquid enters the inner cavity of the inner drum (spiral) from the feed pipe. Due to the centrifugal force field, the liquid flows evenly from the inner cavity outlet into the outer drum cavity. The liquid phase is discharged through the filter mesh pores and the outer drum holes, and the solid phase is retained on the inner side of the filter mesh. Due to the certain speed difference between the spiral body and the outer drum (generated by the planetary differential), the solid phase is gradually pushed to the large end of the drum by the spiral blades wrapped around the inner drum (the planetary differential provides the torque to push the material, which is mainly to overcome the friction resistance between the material and the inner wall of the drum), so that the solid phase material is discharged from the discharge port.
